We are seeking a medical receptionist to add to our beautiful team We are a private clinic that provides high quality care to our patients. Our team is caring, supportive and amazing to work with. We love to have fun at work but at the same time we are dedicated in providing professional and personalised care and assistance to our patients. We are a family orientated team. About Role: Providing support to 4 GP, Pathology onsite, Practice Nurses and patients. Daily operational tasks to keep the clinic running Opening hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 7.00pm Saturday - Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm Required availability: 3 x 8 hours shift weekdays and rotational weekends. Prior medical reception experience is preferred. Answering telephone calls, manage multiple calls, schedule appointments and take enquiries. Processing payments and billings. Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a fully computerised environment (we currently use remote access, Best Practice, Outlook and MS Office). Various admin tasks required.
