Café Supervisor

$70,000 - $80,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
- Full Time hours
- Be a team player and lead by example
- Oversight of the Teams
- Ability to jump in make coffee in peak time
- Rostering
- Cash handling skills including cash up and daily reconciliations
- At least 2 years’ experience as an autonomous cafe supervisor
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on a coffee machine
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated experience in training staff of all levels
- Demonstrated experience with rostering
- Want to work long term and progress your career with the business

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
