**Are you passionate about protecting our environment and preserving natural landscapes? Do you want to make a lasting impact on key conservation areas within our community? If so, we invite you to join our Conservation Team**

We seek an enthusiastic, hands-on Conservation Team Member to restore and maintain remnant and reconstructed landscapes. You’ll work in the field, helping us achieve key conservation goals through practical tasks such as weed control, revegetation, and landscape upkeep.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Hands-on restoration and conservation work to enhance and protect valuable natural assets.
- Maintain parks and open spaces, fostering positive relationships with the local community.
- Assist in delivering key conservation objectives in partnership with Council Conservation Rangers.

**What you need to succeed**
- A passion for environmental conservation and natural resource management.
- Previous experience in conservation reserves, including weed control, revegetation, and general landscape maintenance.
- A Trade Certificate in Natural Resource Management, Conservation, or relevant hands-on experience in conservation practices.
- Knowledge of best practices in weed management and the ability to identify priority species.
- A strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety, especially in outdoor work environments.
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate with our Conservation Rangers.
- A current full Victorian drivers licence.
