**Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers by providing a high level of personalised service.**

You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained._

**Criteria**:

- Ability (or willing to learn) to 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
- Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant
- Good availability including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages including Beer, Wine and Spirits is a bonus
- Previous customer service experience
- Eager to learn
- Good time management and reliable
