**The Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the driving force behind providing top quality service. With plenty of support and training, this role will see you utilise your ability to work in a team. As a Leasing Consultant, your specific duties will include:

- Conducting open homes via private appointments and open homes
- Handle Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
- Application process including reference checks
- Routine inspections & Saturday work
- Ad hoc Administration
- A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
- Excellent computer skills and strong communication (both written and verbal)
- A self starter and office motivator
- Highly organized
- The ability to think outside the square
