**Our Client**

Our client is a well-known and reputable brand on the Central Coast where their holiday management / short-term rentals arm continues to grow. They are known for the exceptional service they provide to their owners and the fantastic experience they create for their guests.

**The Role**:
Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a General Manager who will manage their growing team across 2 offices. In this fast-paced role, you must ensure the highest standards are maintained in line with agreed strategic priorities, whilst meeting the teams, guests, and owner expectations.
- Review portfolio and determine a business plan with future strategies
- Improve financial performance and overall successful outcomes for all key stakeholders
- Manage policies and procedures to ensure positive business outcomes
- Train, develop and guide the team to be the best and on top of their game
- Develop, implement, maintain and grow a return guest membership program
- Work closely with Marketing Team to build and further grow brand presence
- Conduct regular audits

**About You**:

- A background in 5 star or high-end boutique hotel management / hospitality, or similar short-term accommodation
- Proven ability to improve and maintain Guest Satisfaction Score
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong team leadership capabilities to deliver exceptional results
- Ability to identify new business growth and innovative opportunities
- The ability to drive and coach a dynamic team culture
- Business management experience with an operational and sales/marketing focus with a lean towards revenue generation and maximisation
- Developing and managing financial forecasts/budgets
- Advanced strategic planning and organisation skills + able to identify business risk
