**The Team**

The projects that you will be exposed to through your work with provide you with the opportunity both to exercise your well-developed technical skills and to hone and develop capabilities beyond your comfort zone in both adjacent and diverse areas.
**The Role**
You will deliver tailored high-quality solutions for CyberCX clients and ensure that project work that is delivered to the client is outcome focused and remains appropriate for their business requirements. The role requires contribution to the delivery of cyber security projects aligned with the service catalogue and for you to manage and develop relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
Additionally, you will also:
- Support development and implementation of new technologies within a systems environment by advising on design concepts and changes, implementation strategies, and deployment timelines
- Design and develop high quality business solutions and other projects
- Liaise with customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed software solutions or products
- Ensure consulting services are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Write detailed reports that document work completed and ensure that proposed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with client organisation's architecture guidelines and requirements
**About you**
You are customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
You have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience and expert level vendor certifications with CyberCX’s core technology partners.
You possess several years of experience in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry (preferred), with experience in security integration and engineering with some experience in architecture, design, implementation and integration of security and network solutions or hyperconverged infrastructure and compute.
Focus technologies include endpoint security, firewalls, SIEM, DC, campus and wireless networking, SASE, vulnerability management, hypervisors, compute, storage, backup, and Active Directory.
In addition to the above, you also possess:
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
- Professional and ethical, you inspire trust and confidence through integrity and respect
- Innovative and open to change, you are focused on finding opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to optimise work processes
