**About Them**
As a fast-growing healthcare provider with more than 5000 employees, our client is nimble in supporting over 80 laboratories nationally and more than 1500 collection centers. Work amongst a high performing HR team, who are focused on partnering with the wider business and embedding success through operational delivery.

**About the role**
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, and working alongside a supportive and fun team, you will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support across the employee life cycle for your client group in NSW. You key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support and advice to managers dealing with ER and IR matters to mitigate risk.
- Act as the RTW Coordinator for NSW, and fulfil associated requirements.
- Coaching and advising team leaders in HR policies, procedures, and legislations including awards and enterprise agreements.
- Facilitate training sessions or "toolbox talks" to your client group.
- Supporting acquisitions and contributing to national projects around employee engagement, change management, succession planning, and learning & development programs.
- Managing performance review processes.
- Reporting and presenting feedback using metrics to support business case development.
- Travel to metro and regional sites may be required from time to time.

The role would suit an energetic, self-motivated and trusted advisor with a natural ability to influence and effectively build strong working relationships. You will have a strong ER/IR background having gained from a multi-site national organisation or within a fast-paced agile environment. Experience in mergers and acquisitions will be highly regarded but not essential.
