Bakers Delight Mango Hill are looking to hire an apprentice Baker to join our fast growing bakery.

**In your baking apprenticeship, you will work toward**:

- Baking and presenting quality products which meet our changing customer needs
- Supporting the Qualified Baker, Production Manager and Bakery manager in all areas of the production space
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS standards
- Actively participating in your Apprenticeship with all required training completed within appropriate timeframes
- Assisting retail Sales Assistants as required

**To be successful you will possess the following skills/attributes**:

- Passion for baking
- Demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Keen learning ability
- Ability to complete training modules to a satisfactory standard
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptable environment
- Desire to become a trade qualified baker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
