Trainee Tiler / Labourer Wanted - Immediate Start (Ipswich-based)

Looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join a growing tiling & surface restoration business based in Ipswich.

About the Role:

- Trainee position with on-the-job training in tiling, grout & silicone repair, and general site labour
- All tools provided - you must have a Ute, van, or large wagon to transport gear and occasionally one additional team member
- Must be comfortable starting and finishing in Ipswich each day
- Flexible work locations across SE QLD
- Fuel allowance + performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Need:

- A reliable vehicle (Ute, van, or wagon)
- Willingness to learn and follow instruction
- Physically fit and reliable
- ABN required (or willing to get one), OR we can offer a 12-month traineeship
- Basic PPE (steel caps, hi-vis)
- Good attitude, punctuality, and common sense

Pay: $821.74 - $1,250.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
