**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are currently working with a national leader in the construction manufacturing sector to find them an experienced Delivery Scheduler administrator based in Sydney.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Work alongside the operations manager to oversee and plan the efficiencies and schedule for manufacturing functions. You will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and weekly reporting. You will be given the freedom to manage your workload, work autonomously.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Schedule manufacturing site
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Communicate stock to operations team
- Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery dates, and invoices for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Weekly reporting

**SKILLS &**
**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience within a Planning / Purchasing is a must
- Data Analysis and strong logic skills
- Advance knowledge on Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
