About the role
Assist in the provision of a high quality nutrition and food service to patients/ clients of Caboolture Hospital by coordinating daily operations, supervision of the Food Service Officers, implementation of ongoing quality improvement activities.
About you
- Participate in the Nutrition and Food Service Management Team and function as an effective team member.
- Undertake a range of administrative and operational duties as part of direct duties, or to assist staff. This may include: menu work, the plating line, food preparation, stock rotation, trolley delivery to wards, dishwashing etc.
- Assist with ensuring the compliance of Caboolture Hospital Food Services with food hygiene regulations and practices.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the department's security procedures.
