Junior Legal Secretary Multiple Vacancies Pi

This National Law firm is seeking motivated and passionate Junior Legal Secretaries to join their dynamic team. Located in the buzzing heart of Sydney CBD, it is conveniently located close to public transport and a large variety of eateries. The position is full time 5 days per week plus the firm offers a 3/2 hybrid WFH policy + staff incentives.
They offer a supportive and energetic environment that develop and educate their staff. Career progression is encouraged with practical training and ongoing mentorship available.
Your duties will include and not be limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external stake holders
- Drafting of correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Diary Management
- Updating client files and record management
- Assisting with Travel arrangements
- Working collaboratively across the business
- Supporting Senior Secretaries with Administrative and Operational tasks
- Legal experience highly desired but not essential
- Proven experience within Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Diary management
- Dedicated, committed and reliable
- Available full time 5 days per week
