We're looking for someone who has a passion for web development and design. This will include working with our project management and design team to ensure top-quality website builds for every single project. You will also be working closely with our customer support team in line with maintaining these websites. All these will be done under the guidance of a senior developer.

**To be a success in this role, you**:

- Have a good understanding of WordPress and the Genesis framework
- Strong attention to detail (colour, fonts, layouts, grid structure etc.)
- Do what you say you are going to do with the ability to meet deadlines
- Have an excellent command of the English language and can communicate with the team
- Like to work in a fun team environment (we have a team of 14 staff scattered throughout the world). We all catch up once a year in Manila, eat pizza, sing some karaoke and hang out.
- Have a basic understanding of Object Oriented Programming
- Strong understanding of current web practices
- Have experience with AJAX, JSON
- Must be willing to learn and explore new web development solutions

**Additionally, we give higher preference and consideration if you are a/an**:

- Expert in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 development
- Expert in Wordpress:

- Theme Development
- Plugin Development and Customizations
- Genesis Framework
- Familiar with action hooks, filters, and ajax
- Woocommerce customisations
