Seeking Experienced Housekeeping Management Assistant / 2IC to join our Dynamic ,Vibrant, Enthusiastic and Professional Team of Superstars as they dedicate each day striving to deliver a 5 star experience
- **About the Role**_
- Coordinating the daily cleaning and consistency standards of accommodation rooms and public areas.
- Maintain high levels of customer service within the hotels daily basis.
- Coordination of the daily cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas to the highest standard.
- Hands on approach to Housekeeping including the cleaning of rooms when required.
- Stock ordering and control.
- Supervising guest service employees
- Train and co-ordinates the work of employees engaged in a housekeeping department.
- Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction of quality standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through maintaining brand standards and implementing initiatives to drive the guest experience.
- Management of workforce to ensure wage control
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) for all areas of the hotel at all times
- Communication of Room status with Reception
- Day set up and pack downs with all team members
- Day run paperwork preparation
- **Successful Requirements**_
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- A Fine Eye for Detail with Excellent Communication Skills

**Salary**: $27.00 - $39.00 per hour
