**The Centre**:
Anzuk education is working with the management team of one of Melbourne's premier independent schools.

The Early Years campus is a state-of-the-art facility with a commitment to excellence in early childhood education and care. The Early Learning Centre is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and offers a light-filled, stimulating learning environment for the children. The service is situated in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Role**

As the Director of Early Learning, you will lead and support the team with the development of high quality programs.

You will be drawing on your previous experience and passion for the early childhood sector to oversee staffing, daily routines, policy and regulation changes and develop excellent relationships with the parents while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest calibre of care and striving for more.
