- Full Time Temporary until January 2027
- Band 8 - $122,701 + 12% superannuation

We're looking for a Coordinator Procurement and Assurance in this 12-month parental leave position. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals in this pivotal leadership role, ensuring our customer-focussed approach, drive a culture of collaboration and best practice service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading Council’s Internal Audit function.
- Overseeing Council’s Insurance program.
- Ensuring insurance claims are well managed.
- Administering Council’s Audit and Risk Committee.
- Managing Disaster Recover Funding Arrangement Claims.
- Leading the organisation’s procurement and contracts including best practice processes.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful for this role you'll bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration or Law and relevant experience or substantial experience in leading corporate compliance and lesser qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience and skills related to procurement, Legislative compliance and interpretation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience related to the audit function.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team.
