Catering Assistant

There are opportunities available for hospitality professionals to join the team as Catering Assistant at Residential Care Home West Park in Goolwa (approximately 73km South of Adelaide).
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Hotel Service Team Leader you will support the preparation and distribution of delicious meals for the Residential Care Home.
- Meal preparation and distribution
- Deliver expert customer service
- Maintain documentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support the site with other general kitchen duties and much more

**You will need**:

- Meal preparation/food handling experience
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for supporting choice and independence
- High level customer service experiences
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old

**It would be helpful if you had**:

- A food handling certificate
- An understanding of the dietary requirements of older people
- Experience in a similar role
