**Key duties**:

- Focus of the role is dismantling mattresses for recycling
- Inspecting the load of each vehicle entering the waste facility to ascertain the contents of each load and direct drivers to the appropriate recycling areas
- Assisting drivers and customers to unload contents and advising the most appropriate methods of disposing of contents
- Maintaining a high level of tidiness and presentation of premises to ensure Endeavour and the waste facility’s image is of the highest standard
- Complying with Endeavour’s Work Health and Safety policies and procedures

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Flexibility to work shifts during the week and at weekends
- Availability to work across Buderim and Calandra when required
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role; experience deconstructing mattresses or similar
- Attention to detail with sorting, packing and safely stacking items
- Superb customer service, great communication, and excellent time management skills is essential in this role
- You can work with mínimal supervision, but with high levels of respect for others.
- Driver's License and own transport essential as some travel between both Caloundra and Buderim sites

Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check,** **hold or be willing to obtain a **Working with Children Check (Blue Card)** **and **NDIS Worker Screening (formally Yellow Card).**
