**About The Role**

***
Our client is a male in his early 20’s living with
**early onset Multiple Sclerosis, and various mental health challenges that have arisen as a result of his diagnosis. We are seeking a team of support workers committed to delivering a high standard of care, on an ongoing basis.**

***

**Components of the supports include personal care, incontinence care, manual handling, domestic assistance, community access and social engagement.** Support workers will be required to maintain professional boundaries, whilst also establishing a rapport with the client and encouraging positive outcomes towards goals.

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, **or **Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
