Golden Care Services is an NDIS disability service provider organisation that provides disability supports across Melbourne. We are committed to provide compassionate, safe, dignified and personalised care and support for people with disabilities.

**The Position**

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, caring youngish female support worker to join our supportive and growing team to work with clients within our organisation in Albert Park and Hampton.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Community participation: accompanying participants on outings, appointments and social engagements
- Assistance at home: meal preparation and housekeeping
- Transporting participants to their required destinations
- Submit progress notes for every shift, following the template provided
- Building rapport and providing amazing services
- Assist in participants goals and aspirations

**Requirements**:

- Must have evident experience in Disability Care and the NDIS
- Fluent and strong verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and takes initiative
- Able to work unsupervised and part of a team
- Updated First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver's License
- Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Disability
- Own car with comprehensive insurance
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- ABN
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NDIS Module Certificate
