Position: Female Support Worker

**Shifts**: 3-4 shifts per week guaranteed
**Location**: Logan
**Employment Type**: Casual

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our participant by offering respectful, empathetic, and reliable assistance. Your commitment will help foster independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support tailored to the participant’s needs
- Assist with daily activities and community engagement
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
- Communicate effectively with the participant and support team
- Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
- Experience in support work or related fields preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week consistently
