**About the company**

A well-established company providing building materials based in Fyshwick, ACT.

**Position summary**

The Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for the warehouse operations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the warehouse operations, suppliers, and inventory.
- Ensure effective resource planning for daily operations.
- Direct and monitor team performance in meeting their targets within the supply chain (Team of 5).
- Communicate effectively with the team.
- Buid and maintain good relationships with other divisions.
- Provide solutions to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Responsible for Profit & Loss, ensure warehouse operations function within budget requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Working hours: 7am - 3pm

**Key experience and skills**
- Experience in Warehouse or DC management/supervising.
- Good communication skills. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Computer literacy - MS Office, business planning systems for distribution and inventory management
