Fitter/turner

We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Fitter to join our Production team. As your career progresses at Allied Pumps, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging customised projects which will expand your skill set.

You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team to assist with delivering high-quality products for clientele in a professional and timely manner.

**About You**
- Have an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in mechanical Fitting or similar (or),
- Previous experience with submersible, centrifugal, multistage, split case and positive displacement pumps.
- Water treatment experience (desirable)
- Diesel Engine Repair and Service Experience (desirable).
- Motor / pump alignment experience.
- Excellent communication skills and consistent work ethic.
- Computer literacy would be highly beneficial however not required.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised.
- Current Drivers license and White card

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canning Vale, WA 6155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
