Laguna Real Estate are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales person who is ready to embrace an exciting, challenging, rewarding and fulfilling career in the stunning Noosa Region.

You will be provided with extensive support to succeed in the role and will have the opportunity to show your talents and grow your success quickly while contributing to the development of the Laguna brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible while offering a personalised and professional service to all of our clients.

**Requirements**:
A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate

Drivers Licence and Vehicle

Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays

Self motivated, punctual and reliable

Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills.

First class presentation and communication

Excellent friendly customer service comes naturally to you; and

Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:
Securing leads

Growing and maintaining a database and generating new opportunities

Conducting appraisals

Working with Vendors to prepare their property for sale

Running the sales campaign process from start to finish

Conducting private inspections and open homes

Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships

Participate in all training and development opportunities
