**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administration**:_
- Process Purchase orders.
- Be the prime contact for customer orders, ensuring they are kept up-to-date until their order is complete.
- Maintain contact with suppliers/customers for operational matters, booking transport, process delivery note, follow up of orders and invoicing.
- Filing of orders and related documents.
- Follow up claims with suppliers and customers regarding pricing, volumes and quality.
- Follow up on stock on hand, shipment ETA, delivery date, cost, price and volumes.
- Follow up on overdue invoices.
- Packing and sending parcel if required.
- Data Entry and assist in reporting.
- **Marketing**:_
- Assist the Marketing Director.
- Image library maintenance.
- Website inventory and pricing update and maintenance.
- Showroom maintenance.
- Marketing samples and promotional materials management.
- Assist in events & expos.
- Assist in POSM production.

**Critical skills to the role**:

- Strong customer service focus.
- Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint) to intermediate level.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude.
- Have a growth mindset.
- Easily adapt to changing environment and responsibilities based upon organizational needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to show initiative and work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Must possess own transport.
- Prior Administrative experience highly preferred.
- Immediate start preferable.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
