At TSG North Lakes we offer a wide range of Tobacconist, Lotto and Golden Casket products.

Are you passionate about customer service? We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Team at TSG North Lakes. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, driven and reliable individual. Must be available on weekends.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and create instore experience
- Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs.
- Day to day counter operations including Golden Casket
- Opening and closing procedures

**About you**:

- Golden Casket experience highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skill set
- Fast learner and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability
- Punctuality / Reliability

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary: Hourly Retail Award Rates**

Shifts:

- Morning shifts;
- Afternoon shifts; and
- Weekend shifts.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.23 - $42.51 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTH LAKES, QLD 4509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
