We're on the lookout for a **Program Coordinator** to join our dynamic team at our Aspley office. This is your chance to be part of an organisation that's shaping the future of vocational education while enjoying a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

**What You’ll Do**: As our Program Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of our programs. From day-to-day coordination to program promotion, your role will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing the administration and promotion of vocational and educational programs
- Ensuring programs align with state government requirements
- Overseeing student enrolments and coordinating Pre-enrolment Reviews and LLN tests
- Serving as the first point of contact for prospective students
- Monitoring student progress and ensuring contract compliance
- Handling contract reporting and database management

**What We’re Looking For**: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

- Experience in program management and customer service
- A talent for working both independently and as part of a team
- Top-notch time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a “can-do” approach

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
