**About the Centre**:
Welcome to **Milestones Early Learning Fern Bay** We are a 104-place service with 6 learning environments separated into 3 key age groups. We are tucked away in the small tight-knit estate of Seaside Fern Bay which allows for meaningful relationships and connections with our local community. We pride ourselves on providing meaningful play-based programs through the Life-long learning approach, placing children at the core of our planning as capable, competent, and creative individuals who have a right and are encouraged to contribute to their own learning.

**About you**:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
