**Meridian One** helps high school students get better marks at school by providing an online coaching program that shows them an easier way to study. We get fantastic feedback from students and parents. Meridian has a 17-year track record that offers students an easier way to learn. 63% of our students have achieved an ATAR over 90

Due to our growth in the industry, we seek dedicated coaches who want to make a difference to high school students by making them capable of achieving a better ATAR.

**What to expect in this role?**

You will coach students with a wide range of study skills and techniques, set goals and assist in areas of expertise. Show students easier ways to study and hold them accountable for making changes each week. Review assignments/essays and give feedback on how to improve.

Meridian One coaches operate from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday with weekly calls, and there is optional weekend work. You need to be available some but not all of these hours.

Because coaching is via video conference technology, there is no need to travel, so why not work from home with a better work-life balance

**What do you need to be successful?**

Previous experience in tutoring high school students.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and help students achieve.

High academic grades achieved in high school and university or a proven track record with students mentored or tutored

Commitment to work with your students throughout the entire academic year.

Meridian One is better than private tutoring because you will receive a highly competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour for 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity for growth.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
