The ASICS store management team is growing We’re on the hunt for passionate Third in Charge (3IC) to join our QVB team. At ASICS we pride ourselves on being the product experts and creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a high-performance culture and performance mindset, focused on accountability, fairness and celebrating the intrinsic feeling from personal success.

**About the role**:

- Consistently introducing new, innovative ideas of increasing sales
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
- Directing operations of the store in accordance with head office goals and requirements
- Communicating head office goals and requirements to store staff as needed
- Maintaining Visual Merchandising in-store
- Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts in conjunction with head office.
- Marketing merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans, while analysing operating results for profitability ratios
- Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
- Staff Management including but not limited to recruitment, scheduling of rosters, performance management, learning and development

**Here's what we’d love to see from you**:

- Previous retail experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential - more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
- Availability to work a full-time roster
