Job Title: Field Sales Specialist (Contractor) Location: Chipping Norton, Australia

About Us: TC Store is a fast-growing company specializing in the sale and distribution of car headlights, LEDs, and car air fresheners. Based in Chipping Norton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional products and service to our clients across Australia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team on a commission-based contractor role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and establish contact with potential clients in the automotive industry, including mechanics, car dealerships, and repair shops
- Present, promote, and sell TC Store products using solid sales techniques and a deep understanding of our offerings
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
- Attend regular sales meetings, providing updates on leads, sales progress, and market trends
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Work towards meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to assist in business development
- Mainatin and build upon already serviced clientele.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) as this is a contractor role

Compensation: This is a commission-based contractor role with no base salary. We have set a daily sales target of AUD 1,000, and Field Sales Specialists will receive 17.7% commission on the gross profit for each sale up to this target. As your sales performance increases, so does your commission pay, with a tiered commission structure as follows:

- 17.7% commission on the gross profit for each sale up to AUD 1,000 in daily sales
- 20% commission on the gross profit for each sale between AUD 1,001 and AUD 10,000 in monthly sales
- 25% commission on the gross profit for each sale exceeding AUD 10,000 in monthly sales
