As a Community Care Worker with us, you'll be part of a caring and dedicated team that prioritises the well-being of Seniors in our community. Your role will involve providing essential support and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

We are currently seeking a casual Aged Care Community Care Worker. Will consider permanent part time employment options.

**The Role**:
This role involves visiting clients in their own homes and staff are required for the Bay & Basin area with travel to Ulladulla.

Services may include:

- Personal care such as assisting with showering, other personal support and providing medication assistance
- Shopping and meal preparation, assist with light housekeeping
- Respite and social support, share common interests and provide companionship
- Community Access

- Previous caregiving experience is a plus

**Applicants must hold (or obtain through recruitment process)**:

- Australian Federal Police clearance (no disclosable outcomes)
- First Aid Certificate
- Completed - Certificate III Individual Support Ageing, Disability or Home and Community Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Assist with Clients Medication certification or willingness to attain
- Drivers Licence, with safe driving record (driving record will be requested)
- Current car registration & comprehensive insurance
- Working with Children Check Clearance
- Copy of Driving record from Services NSW
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including first booster

**Hours and Shifts Available**:
BCR Communities is a family friendly and flexible employer with a wide variety of shifts available. For this role you must be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Preferably you will be available mornings to early evenings.
