Team Member for Sign Shop

You will ideally have previous experience working in a customer facing role. The position mainly involves signage sales & estimations, signage productions and installations & other admin duties as required. Training will be provided. Knowledge of graphic design will be an advantage.
The role requires positive mindset, enthusiasm, flexibility, reliability & willingness to learn. You must have appropriate visa/Australian working rights.
- Go above and beyond for the customer to provide the best service.
- Confidently discuss products to find the best solutions for the customer.
- Contact warm leads and up-sell products & services over the phone.
- Ability to build rapport, strong negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and driven attitude.
