Position Overview:
**Office based in Paddington** you will work across 2 projects supporting a project manager. Projects in the
**high-end residential and commercial sectors.**
As an Intermediate Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our projects by managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing essential administrative support to the construction team. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects, contributing to the success and growth of the business.

About the role / Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review contracts, including subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and variations.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Track and manage project budgets, costs, and progress payments.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and resolve any contractual issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and project files.
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, such as processing invoices, maintaining project schedules, and preparing reports.

About You: / Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of contract administration processes and procedures from Procurement through to payments under the Security of payment act.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
