**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Hand to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. You will also help maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to the smooth flow of our day-to-day kitchen activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are prepared and ready for service.
- Be responsible for all dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised.
- Support the kitchen team by keeping food prep areas stocked and organised.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure waste management practices are followed.
- Assist with basic food tasks under the direction of the kitchen staff.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a kitchen hand or similar role in a fast-paced environment (Desirable).
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness under pressure.
