Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Assist in daily activities and tasks as needed.

Offer companionship and emotional support.

Help create a safe and inclusive environment.

Collaborate with staff and caregivers to ensure proper care.

Good communication and listening skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
