Our client is a leading home furnishing and home decor retailer with over 170 sites across Australia and New Zealand with a growing online presence as well. They provide on-trend fashion products for the home, coupled with quality core staples with an unmatched customer experience in their bricks and mortar stores. Starting as a family business over a century ago, they use their knowledge and experience to continue to grow in this sector and add value to their customers.

Our client is sourcing for a confident, passionate and energetic retail leader to manage a 11 store portfolio in WA Southern Region. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, results focused, operational excellence and focused on delivering excellent customer service in the fast moving retail sector of homewares.

**The Job Role**:

- Oversee a portfolio of 11 sites - Southern and South West region
- Encourage and inspire a high performance culture within your area
- Develop, coach and empower store managers
- Lead from the front with customer experience
- Embrace change and be solution focused on a daily basis
- Recruitment, training and succession planning
- Achieve profitability through execution of consistent store standards
- Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal
- Control expenses including rosters to exceed profit goals

- Multi site experience leading a portfolio of stores
- A genuine approach to building and developing your team
- Hands on, inspirational and collaborative leader
- Clear understanding on how to influence results
- Self motivated and energetic leader with a solution focused attitude

- High attention to detail with store standards and processes
- Exceptional visual skills and creative ideas
