Our client is a highly regarded distributor of packaging machinery to a variety of industries experiencing high levels of growth. To this end, we are seeking the services of an experienced warehouse operative/storesperson to join their operations in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

- Assisting Sales and Technical departments with parts requests and enquiries
- Picking customer orders and packing machinery for delivery
- Freight organisation
- Checking container deliveries and confirming documentation
- Manual handling of stock and unloading containers
- Invoicing and stock control
- Previous experience with stores/warehouse functions
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with people in various roles
- Current Driver Licence
- Current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
