**Your day to day**
Join us as a Part-Time Club InterContinnetal attendant at InterContinental Adelaide. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.
- You will be warm and welcoming, tailoring each guests experience to their unique tastes and you’ll create memories in line with the InterContinental Service Standards
- Deliver elevated luxury experiences so guests receive an exclusive personalised experience
- Ensure appreciated recognition is provided to our most exclusive guests
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors & returning guests, in person or on the phone
- Stay one step ahead of guests' needs - record and act on preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Swiftly check in and out guests - take ID’s, hand out room keys
- Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from billing to local knowledge and advise leadership when necessary
- Own your area - keep your work area clean and tidy, all set with supplies and equipment
- Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together
- Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador.

**What we need from you**
- Articulate - a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
- Experienced - You'll be familiar with food service skills ideally with events
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Fluency in English - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
- Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
- Compliant - you’ll be above the minimum age required and hold RSA Certification
- Strong - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push, or pull big objects up to 23kgs.
