As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing essential services to people across Australia on behalf of our Australian Federal Government clients In this role you’ll be operating in a dynamic team environment with a focus on meeting quality outcomes for customers.

What your day will look like?
- Working to a rotating roster that ties into your lifestyle
- Receiving inbound calls and resolving enquires related to a variety of government services
- Learning new skills while on the job
- Recording customer interactions and process account information
- Managing customer expectations
- Collaborating within the Datacom Connect team

What you’ll bring

**To be successful in this role, you’ll bring**:

- An interest in customer service

- The ability to identify customer needs and provide support.

- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Due to Federal Government Clearance requirements, Australian Citizenship is required
