The client needs and preferences are central at all times during the transition into in home care and our follow up to ensure successful matching between client and worker means that issues and problems can be actioned immediately. Every employee within the HCA office team is empowered to assist the client with any information or changes to their roster/services and problems can be escalated and immediately actioned by the relevant manager

For us at HomeCare Australia, it is a central philosophy of the business of providing in home care - client choice and control.

Our flexible workforce model means that client’s can have services when and where they want them. We will not dictate to you like many other providers when services must occur. Our model also means that clients have immediate services on entry, we don’t waitlist clients to our service.

The role:
The role will involve developing networks and relationships and generating opportunities for HomeCare Australia in the aged care spaces. Ideally you will already have a network or understand the sector and changes that are occurring.

You will also be responsible for case management of our home care package clients; updating their budgets; ensuring statements are correct and organizing services for them.

This is a new role for HomeCare Australia and we want staff who are committed to learning and doing the best job they can do.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and attend meetings via zoom

You will have a diploma in community services or Cert IV with case management experience ideally and have a background of great customer service and problem solving.

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the community services sector and a desire to learn more.
- Home office set up with NBN; desk and quiet space in which to work
- Passion for caring for our most vulnerable citizens
- Ability to self motivate and meet key performance indicators

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

- Driver Licence (required)
- Comprehensive car insurance (required)
- Covid vaccinations (required)
- Community Services / Cert 4 (preferred)

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
