**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Representative** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and businesses, promoting Onshift Education’s training programs, and converting leads into enrolments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company in the education sector and directly contribute to its growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students and business clients
- Promote and explain Onshift Education’s course offerings and training solutions
- Follow up on warm leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Identify client needs and match them with suitable training options
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the enrolment process
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams for continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or a customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of the VET sector or education industry is advantageous but not essential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
