This is a rare opportunity for a Venue Manager and a Night Manager to join the 4 Pines Noosa - Brew Pub/Night Club (2am licence).

**About us**

We’ve come a long way since our first little Brew Pub in Manly, Sydney in 2008 with now a network of venues across Australia, including our recently opened local bar/ late night club here in sunny Queensland - 4 Pines Noosa. The venue is proudly managed by a local hospitality family with over 25 years history on the Sunshine Coast. We are a young, fun and dynamic family-owned businesses with strong core values and a supportive culture.

**About you**

You have serious passion, “live for the night” and have an amazing mojo for hospitality You have experience in leading & developing a team, and ready to embrace full responsibility over the venue and the success of every night. Your previous experience with delivering nightly events/ promotions, working with local promoters + back packers, relationships with local artists and Djs, and your hands on approach to marketing will put you as a front runner for this position. As a Venue Manager or Night Manager, you will be expected to be hands on with all daily operations including (but not limited to) cost control, P&Ls, marketing activations and KPIs/targets with incentive/ bonus scheme.

More about you:

- Live in or around Noosa, QLD or planning to relocate if successful
- Have what it takes to “own the night” and deliver a strong bar revenue
- Have a genuine desire to build connections with the community, groups and hostels
- Have at least 2 years of previous venue and people management experience
- Have an RMLV Certificate + Approved Managers license
- Have a strong understanding of OLGR regulations in Queensland
- Have ‘The Vibe’ ability to keep the party going with the right ambience + atmosphere
