**CASUAL FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT**

**THE ROLE**
- Prepare for services by polishing crockery, glasses, and utensils
- Set and clear tables
- Plan and manage bookings
- Advise customers on menu items and take orders
- Communicate effectively with other sections of the restaurant
- Process payments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints

**RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**

Experience in restaurant service roles will be highly regarded, as will any experience with wine.

Knowledge of Italian food and wine is not necessary to be successful in the role, but it will be highly regarded, and will help you to succeed in the role.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Hold a QLD RSA
- Have 1+ year/s of experience in customer service
- Have exceptional communication skills

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
