**The opportunity.**

You will join our experienced, highly organised and collaborative Salesforce Delivery Team made up of Salesforce professionals giving huge scope to share and grow knowledge, as well as external Salesforce partners.

You will work alongside another Salesforce Administrator and share responsibility for all Salesforce administration and support for multiple new projects and BAU work across a variety of different departments.

This role is the liaison between our Salesforce users, management, IT, software providers and development teams within our offices across Australia and New Zealand. Communication and a positive can do attitude will ensure your success in this role.

**Key accountabilities.**
- Troubleshoot and work with end users
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and validations
- Working with management and end users to create and manage workflow rules, process builders, flows, validation rules, along with any other declarative tools required to solve or meet the needs of the business
- Train new and existing users
- Develop and create customised reports and dashboards

**The right person will have**:

- 1 year+ Salesforce experience, with Salesforce certification preferred
- experience building and deploying functionality between sandbox and production environments
- excellent communication skills
