**About you**

Our swim schools pride themselves on focusing on our customers' needs and providing a personal experience for our clients. We are looking for a swim school supervisor who: o loves kids o has great customer service skills o is enthusiastic and child-focused o use a positive attitude to foster relationships with children and their parents.

**About the job**

**Hours**

15-25 hours. Must be available weekends.

As a supervisor, your key responsibilities will be: o Gaining thorough understanding of JUMP levels, activities and operations o Managing daily end to end operations on the swim school independently including customer service, maintaining our facility as per JUMP requirements and pool and plant operations (training will be provided)

**Selection criteria for supervisor.**

**Essential ** o Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain o Current CPR or willingness to obtain o Outgoing and friendly personality o Excellent verbal communication skills o Excellent customer service and engagement skills o Must be reliable and willing to take responsibility o Current Working With Children Check o Eligibility to work in Australia

**Desirable ** o Experience working or running a business in an independent role o Pool and Plant Operations experience/qualifications OR willingness to gain this qualification and complete in-house training o

Australia Teacher certification OR willingness to obtain the certification

**Selection criteria for teacher.**

Must be willing and able to obtain a nationally recognised Teacher of
