**In this role, you will**: 
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive. 
- Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.  
- Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.  

**What you bring to the table**: 
- A **Certificate III or Diploma** **in Early Childhood Education and Care** or ACECQA approved equivalent. 
- A good understanding of the **Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards,**and **Education and Care Regulations**. 
- A warm and caring personality.  
- Ability to **establish and nurture positive relationships** with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills. 
- A current **First Aid certificate**, **WWCC**, and **Police Clearance** (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
