**Role**

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the evolution of the payments platform and the processes that support it.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in lean environments with flat structures and fast-paced cycles. The Product Manager will run product discovery and delivery end-to-end, generating insights, forming hypotheses, prioritising the roadmap, shipping features, and learning from user behaviour. They will introduce just enough structure to enable scale, without slowing momentum.

**What You’ll Do**

- Deliver new payments and rewards features at high velocity, balancing pace with practical product decisions.
- Work directly with founders, engineers, and designers, with mínimal layers and maximum ownership.
- Develop lightweight product frameworks and delivery rhythms that support scale rather than bureaucracy.
- Translate customer feedback and behavioural insights into clear product opportunities.
- Define success metrics, run iterative experiments, review outcomes, and adjust direction based on evidence.
- Identify platform improvements and inefficiencies, turning them into actionable and scalable product enhancements.

**About You**

- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up, where ambiguity, pace, and ownership are standard.
- Strong product judgement: can simplify, reduce scope, and ship value early.
- Confident operating without instruction, you set direction, create clarity, and move work forward.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and design to iterate and learn fast.
- Able to think in systems: knows when to keep things scrappy, and when to create repeatable process.
- Data-minded, curious, and commercially aware, understands impact and prioritises accordingly.
- Communicates clearly and directly, able to influence in a flat, collaborative environment.
