- Coordinate progress and proposals in the land administation function relating to land assembly including acquisitions, closures, dedications, disposals, amalgamations, caveats, easements, public access ways, right of ways closures and roads
- Manage POS
- Coordinate internal workshops relating to capital works
- Negotiate and liaise with agencies such as Landgate, Dept of Planning Land and Heritage
- Assist with reporting
- National Police Clearance
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Blue/White Card
